Lectors & Eucharistic Ministers
Lectors: Lectors are those who assist during worship by reading one or more of the following: Old Testament Lesson, Psalm, Epistle Lesson, and Prayers of the People. Training is available to those interested. This ministry is open to new people, both youth and adults.
Eucharistic Ministers: Eucharistic Ministers or Chalice Bearers are people who have been licensed by the Bishop to administer Communion during the Holy Eucharist. Eucharistic Ministers might also participate by serving as a reader or acolyte. The Diocese provides training to those called to this ministry.

Eucharistic Visitors: Similar to our Eucharistic Ministers, the Eucharistic Visitors are assistants who are licensed by the Bishop to administer Communion away from the Church to those who can not attend Sunday Services. This role is also an important part of our Pastoral Care Team. Eucharisitic Visitors can bring Communion to priviate houses, hospitals and nursing homes.
